Produced from 100% cow’s milk, subjected to technological processing: addition of yeast from lactic acid microorganisms, curdled with yellow yeast and subjected to ripening process.

Surface: Smooth, clean, with a well-formed crust
Taste: Pleasant, moderately salty taste, without side taste
Aroma: Specific, well-defined aroma of yellow cheese
Consistency at 16-18°C: Tight-elastic
Color: Pale yellow to amber
Storage: at a temperature of 2 to 4 degrees
